PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 60 minutes studio or location time based on the animals tolerance.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is required).
WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early to complete required model/property release. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.
